About the Role:
SquarePeg is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and facilitating communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document preparation and management.
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets as needed.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to improve workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Requirements:
