Pavago is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our client’s sales team. This role focuses on assisting with administrative sales tasks, client communications, and coordinating efforts to enhance the efficiency of the sales process. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to support a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
  2. Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
  3. Sales Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client information, sales progress, and follow-up schedules.
  4. Data Entry & Reporting: Compile data for sales reports, track key metrics, and prepare summaries for management.
  5. Follow-Up Coordination: Assist in follow-up activities for leads, ensuring no opportunities are missed and supporting the team in reaching their targets.
  6. Market Research Assistance: Support the sales team with research on market trends, competitors, and potential new client segments.
