We are seeking a passionate Remote PRR Legal Assistant! This Remote position offers an immediate start for the right candidate. A background in Client-service mindset will be highly beneficial. You can expect a salary of $50k - $65k per Year for this role.
The Matian Firm, APC, is expanding its legal team, and is actively seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Remote PRR Legal Assistant. Candidates must have excellent client-service attitude and case management skills. At least 2 years of PRR supporting clients.
Responsibilities:
- Case Review
- Document Assessment
- Compliance Verification
- Communication with Clients
- Coordination with Legal Team
- Data Entry and Record Maintenance
- Research and Analysis
- Deadline Management
- Reporting and Documentation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of PRR experience
- Client-service mindset and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
