• Comprehensive support for all aspects of Amazon selling, including product research, listing optimization, and inventory management.
• Expert management of pay-per-click campaigns to maximize advertising ROI on platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
• Strengthening your brand’s online presence through strategic content creation, posting, and engagement on social media platforms.
• Designing visually compelling graphics and marketing materials to elevate your brand’s identity.
• High-level administrative support to streamline daily operations and efficiently manage executive-level tasks.
• Specialized assistance in wholesale sourcing, inventory management, and supplier relations to grow business.

• Extensive experience with Amazon's platform and Shopify.
• Proven expertise in: Customer service, Product listings, Inventory tracking, Product sourcing, Competitor research, Managing refunds and Open cases
• Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and reliable access to high-speed internet and a laptop.
• Resourceful and proactive problem-solver.
• Marketing expertise in: Digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Paid Ads), Running website and email promotions
• Proven experience in Website optimization and SEO
• Experience with Shopify and Amazon catalog management is highly desirable.
