Job DescriptionJob Description Akkodis is seeking an IOS developer for a Contract job with a client in Shelton, CT (Remote). Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand requirements, developing and optimizing iOS applications, and ensuring code quality through testing and debugging. Rate Range: $70/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.IOS developer job responsibilities include:• Developing and maintaining iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.• Collaborating with clients to understand and implement project requirements.• Applying VIPER and MVVM design patterns to build scalable and efficient applications.• Integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.• Ensuring code quality through UI testing and unit testing.• Optimizing applications using memory profiling and other performance techniques.• Managing CI/CD pipelines, conducting code reviews, and adhering to best practices.• Working independently and within Agile development teams.Desired Qualifications:• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.• 8+ years of experience in iOS development.• High proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.• Strong experience with VIPER and MVVM design patterns, along with RESTful API integration.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
