YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You act as PA to the Head Of Department and support with calendar and E-mail management
- You coordinate national and international trips for the HOD and the management team
- You handle general organizational and administrative tasks and keep track of important deadlines
- You support with event planning
- You actively participate in meetings and document the outcome as needed
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education You have completed a Bachelors degree or comparable
- Experience You have at least two years of demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant role, preferably in an international environment
- Soft Skills You are a talented multi-tasker with a "can-do" mindset and outstanding organizational skills
- Communication You are fluent in English and Portuguese, or German, or Italian, or French
- Passion Ideally, you are familiar with Customer Sales & Service Topics
