I'm looking for a proactive, conscientious admin assistant/virtual assistant to help manage my AirBnB / VRBO Property. Administrative Tasks ? Manage and organize the email inbox, ensuring timely responses and a clutter-free workspace. ? Pay cleaning bills ? Manage cleaning calendar (google calendar) ? Replace photos on listings and website as needed Guest Communication: ? Respond to Airbnb guest inquiries if needed (most messages are automated; specific questions I will likely handle, so really just general questions as needed). ? Send proactive manual messages for VRBO rentals Pricing Management: ? Regularly review and update pricing on Airbnb and VRBO platforms. ? Open up future booking availability Research & Guest Experience ? Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and optimal occupancy rates. Social Media & Relationship Management ? Help organize and curate content for a quarterly newsletter, targeting past and potential guests. Help with layout as needed. ? Post (pre-written by me) engaging and relevant social media content to promote listings and maintain an active online presence. IF you should competence and reliability, we would love to expand hours by adding the following work: ? Brainstorm and suggest creative ideas for social media campaigns and content. ? Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns as needed to boost visibility and bookings. ? Analyze booking trends and suggest improvements to enhance guest experiences and optimize revenue. ? Create personalized activity lists tailored to guest preferences. ? Offer light concierge services to enhance the guest experience. Ideal Candidate ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO) is a plus. ? Familiarity with pricing tools like PricingLabs or similar ? Familiarity with Wix websites ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas a plus! Apply!
