The Senior Manager of Revenue Marketing has a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role focuses on aligning marketing strategies with sales and revenue goals to create measurable impacts on the company's bottom line. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the entire marketing funnel, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record in demand generation, customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
Job Duties
- Revenue Growth Strategy for NetSuite: Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue - to the NetSuite segment.
- Demand Generation: Lead multi-channel demand generation programs (email, digital, content, events, etc.) to create qualified leads and drive sales opportunities.
- NetSuite Partner Marketing: Accelerate Celigo’s pipeline and revenue stream with NetSuite direct (AMO and direct sales) and NetSuite channel partners by strategizing thoughtful lead-gen events and activities that move the needle.
- Event strategy: Oversee the field events that target the NetSuite segment, including partner/alliance events.
- Alignment with Sales: Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales goals, including collaboration on lead scoring, qualification, and handoff processes.
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute high-impact marketing programs designed to generate leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate opportunities through the pipeline.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics, continually optimize marketing strategies based on data insights, and report ROI and key KPIs to leadership.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize tools like Salesforce and Hubspot to track campaign performance.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, channel and alliances, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Who we are looking for
- 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, and demand generation, preferably within the mid-market or enterprise SaaS space
- A strong team player with the ability to work on a cross-functional team, who also can solely execute programs as needed.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage dozens of moving pieces across multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative personality, not afraid to try new things to figure out how to get the best results.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve.
- Genuinely listen to team members’ concerns and ideas, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
- Able to build strong relationships, manage team dynamics, and communicate effectively.
- Able to motivate and lead others in an agile work environment.
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $120,000 and $150,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
