As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Admin Assistant to join us for a 3 month project

The Role: Finance Administrative Assistat | 3 month contract

The primary responsibility of the Finance Admin Assistant is to support our finance team by collecting, organizing, and managing corporate tax-related materials. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial documents, facilitating communication with suppliers, and assisting with data entry into our financial systems. The successful candidate will also contribute to bank reconciliation processes, ensuring all transaction records are aligned and accurate. This is a remote position for a 3-month project, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Collect and organize corporate tax-related documents, invoices, and supporting evidence to ensure compliance and facilitate the tax filing process.
  • Supplier Communication: Reach out to suppliers via phone and email, following up as necessary to obtain invoices with accurate company information.
  • Invoice Organization: Classify and organize invoices based on specific company purposes to enhance accessibility and streamline financial reporting.
  • Data Entry: Upload invoices into QuickBooks in alignment with the company's chart of accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
  • Bank Reconciliation Support: Assist in preparing bank reconciliations by verifying transaction accuracy and ensuring the reliability of financial statements.

Qualifications:

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Basic understanding of Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
