About the role
As a Customer Advocate - Enterprise in the Flare team, you'll have a unique opportunity to be a part of our mission to unleash the potential of businesses across Australia. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting customers with the adoption and usage of Flare's financial and non-financial products.
- Assist employers with their HRIS & employee onboarding enquiries
- Configuration of HRIS in line with customer requirements
- Establish and maintain regular communications with key clients (verbal, written & in person if required)
- Report common themes and trends to leadership team and propose resolutions to systemic issues
- Assistance with product testing and QA
- To excel in this role, you'll need the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of customer service/call centre or account management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up or financial services company (preferred)
- Effective and courteous communication with strong customer command
- Motivation to resolve simple and complex issues with a high degree of ownership
- Collaborative individual who actively seeks solutions through teamwork
- Curiosity, creative thinking, and collaboration
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
