Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Lead customer success initiatives and projects to enhance client engagement and retention.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Senior-level experience in customer success or a related field, preferably within E-Commerce or DTC.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CET time zone operations and flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week.
