Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Engineering Recruiter that can effectively partner with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, attract top talent and can develop and maintain strong working relationships.
We have an exciting opportunity working with a dynamic consumer electronics company. The ideal candidate will be a recruiter that has successfully recruited for engineering talent in Australia. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate management & tracking, and partnership with hiring managers. In this role, the recruiter will consult on the local market competitive landscape
The roles the recruiter will be working on range from mechanical, electrical, and hardware engineers, etc. This role will primarily focus on talent in Australia the ideal candidate would have recruited for local engineering talent.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical talent - including Electrical, Mechanical, and hardware engineers
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Understanding of the local talent market in Australia
- Creative sourcing strategies and methods
