Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking customers via email, phone, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with order placement, product information, and navigating our website.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and policies.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
