We are now seeking an HR Systems & Data Assistant to join our dynamic People Team and help drive excellence in our HR systems, data and processes. As our HR Systems & Data Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data across our HR systems, particularly Oracle. You’ll support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, help maintain key documentation, and collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners, Specialists, and Recruitment team.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, working at our office in Kings Place on a hybrid working basis. The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum.

We’re looking for someone to:
- Maintain accurate employee data in Oracle, updating in real-time across all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Manage HR inboxes and respond to queries promptly
- Create and maintain digital employee files in shared folders
- Support payroll by processing key employee changes (e.g. salary, bonuses)
- Prepare HR letters and documentation including contracts and pay reviews
- Coordinate background checks and medical assessments
- Provide admin support for HR Business Partners
- Conduct data audits and drive data integrity
- Creation and delivery of routine and ad-hoc reporting
You’ll need:
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Experience working with HRIS or databases, including generating and analyzing reports
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Desirable: Proficiency in written and spoken French
