What We are looking for

As a Customer Retention and Growth Agent at Novibet, your main focus will be informing customers about the company鈥檚 latest offers and promotions. You'll engage with existing customers via phone and email, ensuring they鈥檙e aware of special deals and bonuses to enhance their betting experience.

What you will work on

  • Contact existing customers in order to reactivate their accounts
  • Promote special offers and tailor made campaigns based on their preferences
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
  • Develop strong customer relationships and enhance engagement
  • Implement customer retention strategies to increase business loyalty
  • Collaborating with CRM team and other departments to ensure high level campaign results
  • Update the customer database for targeted marketing activities
  • Improve customers satisfaction practices based on clients feedback

What you bring

  • Prior experience in a similar role in sales or customer care
  • Solid academic background
  • Good understanding of online gaming products
  • Professional fluency in both Greek and English
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-driven and customer-centric personality
  • Flexibility to work on shift rotation
