Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in German by responding to inquiries related to car rentals, policies, and support.
- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Handle customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain seamless follow-ups and service quality.
- Collaborate with operational teams to address and escalate any complex customer concerns.
- Stay knowledgeable about car rental services, vehicle availability, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to team training and share insights to enhance overall customer service delivery.
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the car rental or automotive sector, is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and support customer interactions.
- A passion for cars and knowledge of the car rental market will be considered a plus.
