The Opportunity

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to work within a team to achieve lead and student enrolment targets for our partner universities. You'll be mainly responsible for the below:

  • Achieve lead and enrolment targets for OES’ university partners, alongside the internal team and external agencies.
  • Write effective briefs for media and creative for each enrolment period.
  • Work with the agencies to develop media plans and creative for each campaign across a range of traditional and digital channels.
  • Coordinate the delivery of each campaign to ensure it launches on time and on budget, by liaising with agencies and other internal teams, e.g. Sales
  • Assist with budget management and finance processes.
  • Work on improving the customer journey.
  • Be the guardian for our partners’ brands and make sure any activity we run is in line with their brand guidelines.

Please note this is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend.

About You

To be successful in this, role, you'll need the following:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in marketing either client, agency or vendor side
  • Experience working to and delivering on commercial KPIs
  • Strong digital and data literacy
  • An understanding of acquisition channels and their functions (e.g. paid search, social, etc.)
  • Previous experience with content creation is preferable
  • Previous experience in writing briefs for both creative and media
  • Experience with agency relationships is preferable
  • Strong written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and creative
