This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and customer service, seeking to assist Nordic-speaking clients in enhancing their online presence.


Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO services.
  • Assist clients with their service-related questions, including campaign management, analytics interpretation, and account setup.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO to provide relevant advice and insights to clients.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, SEO, and online business strategies.
