This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and customer service, seeking to assist Nordic-speaking clients in enhancing their online presence.
Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO services.
- Assist clients with their service-related questions, including campaign management, analytics interpretation, and account setup.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO to provide relevant advice and insights to clients.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A keen interest in digital marketing, SEO, and online business strategies.
