Job Description

To create revenue for the company by taking over sales presentations at the opportune stage to negotiate timeshare purchase offers presented to prospects to close the sale. In this role, you will oversee sales activities, develop, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals, and ensure that your team meets or exceeds their sales targets. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and possesses commanding closing techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of virtual sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
• Take over sales presentation to negotiate and close sale.
• Draft sales proposal to present to purchaser to review and agree to.
• Coordinate with contract compliance team to generate sale account based on terms of proposal agreed to by purchaser.
• Coordinate with contract compliance, contract processing and document management team (deeding) to print contract documents to present to purchaser to sign (closing)
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching to ensure individual and team success.
• Conduct regular virtual team meetings to review goals, provide updates, and address challenges.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales performance and report on sales activities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager (TO) or Team Lead, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and results
• Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and set measurable targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three to six months 6 months of Timeshare or other Sales related experience.
• Florida Real Estate License
