Glidewell Dental is looking for a talented Marketing Assistant - LATAM! We're looking for someone to start immediately in this Remote role. The role has a strong focus on Event coordination. The compensation for this role is $35.4k - $41.6k per Year.
Essential Functions:
- Performs administrative duties to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Organizes events, coordinates with internal and cross-functional teams, and generates reports on marketing metrics.
- Creates and/or distributes emails, business letters, memorandums, reports, charts, etc.
- Books and schedules event staff and talent, including but not limited to makeup artists and talent models.
- Secures talent documents and signatures, such as talent release, testimonials, and talent consent.
- Confirms all documentation submitted for approval is accurate and complete.
- Stores, locates, and retrieves project files or creative assets.
- Develops knowledge of the company’s products and services. Collaborates with subject matter experts as needed to facilitate the accuracy of content.
- Assesses the status of individual pieces of literature for proper processing requirements.
- Identifies and documents specific changes pertaining to various revision requests. Processes minimal change requests (coupon code, expiration dates, job numbers, headers).
- Gathers samples and ensures packaging suitability with Shipping.
- Assists with online market research to aid team in assessing the competitive environment and planning.
- Assists with equipment setup as needed.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience.
Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00/hr.
