Maven Success is looking for a talented Online Business Manager! An immediate start is available for this Remote-based position. You'll leverage your skills in Project management to succeed. The compensation for this role is $60k - $80k per Year.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Online Business Manager (OBM) to join our dynamic team. The OBM will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and communication across various departments to support our growth, particularly in managing our launch schedules and tracking key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, the ability to coordinate with multiple teams, and provide detailed analytics reports.

  • Project Management:
    • Manage and oversee the launch schedule, ensuring all teams are on track and deadlines are met using a project management tool.
    • Collaborate with the funnel builder to ensure timely updates and project deliverables are met.
    • Keep the traffic team and social media execution team aligned with the project timelines and any necessary adjustments.
    • Analytics and Reporting:
      • Provide weekly updates on the following:
        • Email open rates and performance metrics for email marketing campaigns.
        • Funnel opt-ins and performance metrics.
        • Social media growth and engagement numbers to be reported to the CEO and leadership team.
      • Compile and present performance metrics to the leadership team for review and decision-making.
    • Team Coordination and Communication:
      • Act as the liaison between the funnel builder, traffic team, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
      • Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to provide any updates or tasks that require immediate attention.
      • Maintain clear communication with the affiliate manager to onboard affiliates and ensure smooth collaboration.
    • Customer Support and Client Engagement:
      • Provide customer support as needed to accommodate the growing client base.
  • Proven experience in project management and team coordination, preferably within an online business or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a must.
  • Strong ability to analyze and report on metrics such as email open rates, funnel opt-ins, and social media growth.
