We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Line Producer to work across Hello Sunshine DTC brand partnership work (production includes social video, stills, event content capture, influencer and talent content). As a Line Producer, you will oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, activation team, and external vendors, handling all logistical aspects of the production to bring creative concepts to life. 

This is a part-time role, approx. 20 hours per week for 4 months.

Pay is $60-75/hr DOE.

Key Tasks:

  • Vet creative briefs during the sales process to build budgets for approval; ensure productions are on budget/on schedule.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and track production budgets, ensuring financial resources are efficiently allocated and adhered to.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, on-boarding crew members and/or vendors as needed.
  • Oversee all production logistics, including locations, permits, equipment, insurance, legal releases/communication and travel arrangements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot day-to-day production challenges and appropriately escalate as needed.
  • Experience in a line producer or production manager role.
  • Strong understanding of the production process, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Experience producing content with talent (celebrities and creators)
  • Experience with branded content.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on approach to production challenges.
