Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service support to Latvian-speaking clients in the financial sector.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism during all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to improve future services.
• Collaborate with your team to meet service level targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing customer experiences.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
• Ability to excel in a remote and fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and experience using customer management systems.
• Willingness to work remotely from Greece and engage with a diverse team.
• In possession of EU passport
