Purpose of the role
The Digital Project Assistant’s primary purpose is to support the Digital Delivery team, particularly focusing on our website managed service offering by managing essential administrative, project and client tasks. The Digital Project Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless ongoing service delivery, helping to maintain and develop the managed service offering, supporting its growth.
Responsibilities will include
- Assisting with daily management and delivery of website services.
- Monitoring service tickets, schedule updates, and communicating maintenance plans.
- Acting as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Support project managers with admin tasks, such as resource scheduling, budget updates, and client queries.
- Attend client meetings, providing accurate status’, notes and actions.
- Track project timelines and maintain documentation.
- Carry out content editing through CMS upload.
- Research industry trends and best practices relevant to digital services.
- Gather insights to enhance RY’s digital offering.
- You are team-oriented and proactive; always ready to support the team and improve client service.
- Willing to take on tasks and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
- You have a familiarity with digital solutions such as CMS platforms and website analytics.
- A quick learner, keen to adapt to new digital technologies.
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all communications and documents are accurate.
- Strong listener, capturing accurate meeting notes and actions.
- Excellent written skills, producing clear and professional documents.
- Proactive in meetings, contributing ideas aligned with RY’s brand style.
