The Role:
Prompt has an industry-leading Customer Success team in need of a highly motivated teammate to oversee onboarding of new hires and continual training for current employees on our Success team. In this role you will lead comprehensive onboarding programs for all new hires of the Customer Success team and regular training sessions.
You will work alongside all sub departments within our Customer Success organization and Prompt RCM team. You will report to the Manager of Client Experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful training initiatives and shape the success of new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Training & Onboarding
Develop and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new Customer Success, Billing Success, Technical Support, EDI, and RCM team members.
Create structured training plans covering product knowledge, customer engagement strategies, problem-solving techniques, and best practices in customer success.
Conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing meetings.
Project manage new hire onboarding plans for each CS new hire
Ongoing Education & Enablement
Continuously assess training needs across the team and develop ongoing learning initiatives.
Partner across teams at Prompt, including our Educational Content Team to ensure Customer Success, Billing Success, Support, and RCM team members stay up-to-date on product releases, feature updates, and industry trends.
Build and maintain a library of internal training materials, including documentation, video tutorials, role-play exercises, and internal knowledge bases.
Develop certification programs to validate team competency in key areas.
Coaching & Performance Support
Provide 1:1 coaching to help team members improve communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
Support managers by offering targeted training for underperforming team members and upskilling for high performers.
Gather and analyze feedback from trainees to improve training effectiveness.
Process & Tool Optimization
Ensure Customer Success, Billing Success, Support, and RCM team members are proficient in internal tools and systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing platforms)
Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs for training success and track training impact on team performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Required Healthcare experience:
2+ years of experience in the rehab therapy industry
A clinical license preferred (PT, OT, SLP)
Experience in the front office and/or RCM function of a rehab therapy office
2+ years of experience training or onboarding
Quickly learn and adapt to complex software showing a passion for software as a solution to real-world problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborate effectively across teams and with leadership
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities independently
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Slack
