This role will troubleshoot issues that arise, ensure data backups, and provide technical support to end users. This role will work with Information Technology (IT) professionals to ensure the organization’s technology infrastructure is reliable and efficient.Flexible Work Policy:The Sr. Analyst, Fleet Systems position has been segmented as Hybrid, meaning the work is a combination of onsite (only 2 days per month) and virtual. This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Rosemont, IL.EssentialResponsibilities• Configure and maintain systems hardware, software, and relevant applications required to facilitate Fleet operations• Build and deploy user training, including user onboarding, and document all processes that users must follow to utilize the hardware, software, or application effectively• Support implementation activities for Fleet systems and the rollout to applicable teams• Provide technical support to users while also monitoring system performance to ensure the ongoing efficiency of the systems• Manage user licensing and appropriate user access to maintain system security• Proactively prepares recommendations for system improvement for management and user consideration• Identify gaps where issues may arise and promptly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues as required• Schedule and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, and/or reconfigurations and assess user impact to ensure minimal disruptions to day-to-day system usage• Maintain and refresh data and equipment for any new locations to ensure sites are available and updated for immediate use• Manage system integration with other relevant systems while considering risk management and stakeholder management principles to minimize disruptions to business operations• Participate in the development and implementation of systems best practices, policies, and procedures• Be the liaison between US Foods and the system providers to enhance the user experience and manage product enhancement roadmap• Other duties as assigned by managerRELATIONSHIPS• Internal:Information Technology, Regional Maintenance Managers, Field Operations• External:Maintenance vendorsMinimum Qualifications• 2 years of technical systems, and/or business systems analysis or other related experience• Experience with system development methodologies and techniques, and a strong grasp of database concepts and principles• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with the ability to present clear and concise information to key stakeholders• Excellent computer, communication, analytical and problem solving skills• Ability to manage time and balance multiple tasks with competing deadlines• Ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple requests, and deliver system requirements to meet organizational goal• 0% travelEDUCATION• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, computer engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications• Knowledge of Maximo and/or Coretex• Knowledge of onboard computer systems, (i.e., Omnitracs)• Data analysis, and database querying skills• EOE Race/Color/Religion/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin/Protected Veteran/Disability Status***#J-18808-Ljbffr
