The Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, enhancing client engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records
- Prepare sales presentations and materials for client virtual meetings
- Coordinate schedules for client appointments and outreach efforts
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation
- Support marketing efforts by participating in campaigns and outreach initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
