For one of our clients, we are looking for an Amazon Specialist, working remotely from Eastern Europe, Latam, or South Africa.
As an Amazon Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms. Your role will include tasks such as improving listing performance, conducting keyword research, ensuring account health, and staying updated on platform trends. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in ecommerce and drive visibility and sales growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain product listings on all ecommerce channels, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and online chat to provide excellent service.
- Conduct regular audits on product details such as titles, descriptions, keywords, and pricing to ensure visibility and compliance.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO/SEM strategies, and product launches.
- Perform detailed keyword research and Best Seller Rank analysis to enhance marketplace visibility.
- Monitor account health daily and address any issues promptly to maintain high operational standards.
- Stay updated on best practices, trends, and updates across all ecommerce platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Amazon or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C2 level).
- Advanced skills in Excel, including v-lookups and using filters effectively.
