Looking for a skilled Virtual Asstnt For A Health & Wellness Needs To Have Exp! This is an exciting Remote opportunity with an immediate start. You'll leverage your skills in Experience as a Virtual Assistant to succeed. The compensation for this role is $40k - $55k per Year.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in managing tasks through the SimplePractice EHR software, specifically designed for health and wellness professionals. This role will provide crucial administrative support, including patient/client scheduling, record management, and billing assistance, to ensure smooth daily operations for a health and wellness practice. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • SimplePractice Management:
    • Utilize SimplePractice EHR for client scheduling, record-keeping, documentation, and secure messaging.
    • Manage client intake and discharge processes, ensuring compliance with privacy and health regulations.
  • Appointment Scheduling and Calendar Management:
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, handling rescheduling and cancellations as necessary.
    • Coordinate and organize provider calendars to ensure optimal time management.
  • Billing and Insurance Assistance:
    • Process and submit claims, verify insurance benefits, and assist clients with billing inquiries.
    • Follow up on unpaid claims, manage outstanding balances, and process payments within the EHR.
  • Communication and Client Support:
    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging within SimplePractice.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate client records, including updating client information, clinical notes, and other essential documentation.
    • Ensure that all client information is handled confidentially and according to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

To Succeed, You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the health and wellness field.
  • Proficiency with SimplePractice EHR software is required.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information discreetly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
