We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity from anywhere in Greece. In this vital role, you will be dedicated to providing outstanding support to our Nordic-speaking customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfying.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Nordic-speaking clients, delivering exceptional support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive client records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on our services and products to offer informed advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive remote work environment by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a supportive team culture.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in problem-solving with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Comfortable using remote working tools and CRM software efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setting.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
