Envision Employment Solutions is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative- All Levels! This Remote position offers an immediate start for the right candidate. You'll leverage your skills in Customer service skills to succeed. The compensation for this role is $40k - $60k per Year.

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives - German Speakers for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

We are seeking qualified candidates for Billing and Technical roles at all levels. Please specify your preferred area of expertise (Billing or Technical) when applying.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

Billing Responsibilities:

  • Collect payments on past-due bills.
  • Create a list of people who have not made payments.
  • Organize list according to severity of delinquency.
  • Call customers using telephone.
  • Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.
  • Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
  • Attempt to collect payment.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Military Service for males (either completed, postponed or exempted)
  • Languages: English and German (minimum level B2.)
  • Years of experience:
    • Fresh Graduates
    • Junior (1-2 years of experience)
    • Mid-Level (2-4 years of experience)
    • Senior (4-6 years of experience)
    • Leads (6+ years of experience)
