Opportunity For FULL TIME Customer Service Representative At

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative! We're looking for someone to start immediately in this Remote role. You'll leverage your skills in Excellent communication skills to succeed. The compensation for this role is $40k - $60k per Year.

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our partners, a multinational bank.

Responsibilities:

Primary Accountabilities:

• Answers (or makes) phone calls from customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer’s issues at first contact where possible.
• Delivers what is promised in line with customer expectations.
• Offers value added products and services based on customer needs analysis and ensures customer understanding of those products.
• Provides excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by keeping up to date on training and internal communications.
• Generating customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services.
• Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate.
  

• Must be a university graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ Years of experience in the same field.
• Very Good English is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and is polite and friendly at all the time.
