Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries regarding financial services and products, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
• Foster strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and precise documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the team to elevate service quality and exceed performance targets.
• Engage in continuous learning to remain informed about financial products and industry developments.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities for services.

• Fluency in German is required, along with strong English language skills.
• Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a remote and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with technology and customer relationship management systems.
• Must be located in Greece or willing to work within Greek time zones.
