Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and technical issues related to electronics.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to foster positive customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to enhance future service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry developments.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) is essential.
• Passion for customer service and helping others.
• Experience in customer support or related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
