Flexible Remote Mental Health Positions for Licensed Therapists in California

Licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) are invited to join a dynamic, remote work environment where flexibility and support are prioritized.

Flexible Hours:

• 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday (no weekends required).
• Preference for daytime availability.
• Full-time schedules.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions, both individually and in groups.
• Accurately document patient progress and plans.
• Work collaboratively to develop comprehensive care plans.

No Administrative Burdens:

• A full caseload is provided.
• Credentialing, billing, and insurance handled by us.

Compensation Details:

• $110,000-$130,000 annually, with a full suite of benefits.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
• Licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
