Virtual Mental Health Therapist Role (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Arizona

Position: Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
Primary Accountabilities:
- Deliver confidential therapy sessions through secure video calls
- Apply a variety of therapeutic methods to support clients' unique needs
- Develop tailored treatment plans focused on individual goals
- Encourage growth and resilience in clients through positive coping strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with no restrictions
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Proficient communication skills with expertise in various therapy methods
- Comfortable with virtual platforms and tools for therapy
