Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to grocery delivery services and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service and support improvements.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve goals and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about the products and services offered.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
• Strong team player who is flexible and willing to learn.
