If you are passionate about animal care and enjoy helping others, this role is ideally suited for you. As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will support clients in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish, assisting them with their inquiries related to veterinary services. This is a fulfilling role where you can make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners while working in a collaborative and caring environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding veterinary services.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues effectively and compassionately.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's systems.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Engage in training sessions to stay informed on veterinary practices and services.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish). Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• Strong passion for customer service and animal welfare.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Desire to learn about veterinary services and grow in the role.
