DescriptionAs the HR Assistant (Onboarding), you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our new associates. You will facilitate onboarding processes within HR for all employees, adhering to company guidelines and protocols. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for HR functions, maintaining employee records, and performing data entry into the HRIS. Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and HRIS will be essential to ensure timely, thorough, and consistent onboarding of new hires and transfers.
