Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Offer top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Assist customers in understanding products and troubleshooting any issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
