Unicorn Role Overview:

Are you a dynamic and experienced real estate professional with a proven track record in team management? We are seeking a Real Estate Operations assistant to oversee a high-performing team, providing comprehensive support in transaction coordination, CRM management, and operational assistance. This role requires a proactive individual with a knack for optimizing systems, managing marketing initiatives, and supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide agent transaction coordination support, ensuring smooth and efficient processes (CA TC experience preferred).
  • Develop engaging newsletters for communication with clients and team members.
  • Oversee and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Continuously improve and update real estate systems and processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Implement social media marketing strategies to enhance the team's online presence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of real estate listings and data into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers and postcards for property listings.
  • Coordinate with vendors for property-related services and maintain relationships.
  • Develop customized calendars for clients related to property transactions.
  • Prepare showing sheets, schedule property viewings, and handle various reservations.
  • Manage the process of ordering and delivering gifts for clients and team members.
  • Procure necessary resources and materials for the leadership team.

  • Previous experience managing a real estate team.
  • Extensive experience with project management tools.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members efficiently.
  • Forward-thinking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong transaction coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational prowess.
  • Familiarity with the luxury real estate market is a plus.
