- Coordinate and follow up on client communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to assist in strategic planning.
- Support additional sales-related tasks as needed.
- Proven background or experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, or other productivity tools is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
