Looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Operations Coordinator! This Remote position offers an immediate start for the right candidate. Key to this role is your expertise in Organizational skills. The compensation for this role is $8.3k - $12.5k per Year.
We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in real estate operations coordination to join our client's team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved.
- Obtain approvals for inspections and ensure all necessary agreements are signed.
- Accurately input and verify access information for inspections in orders.
- Effectively manage and resolve client complaints to maintain positive relationships.
- Monitor radon systems, including tracking calibration and coordinating pick-up of monitors.
- Follow up on scheduling issues and related operational tasks as needed.
Workload:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST
Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Total Hours: 40 hours/week (EST time zone)
- Availability during the specified evening and weekend hours.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and respond promptly to client needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or real estate operations is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Work from home;
- Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
- Starting salary between 4$ - 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
