Looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant - Marketing Funnels & Automations Specialist! Based in Remote, this role is available for an immediate start. Key to this role is your expertise in Experience with Facebook Ads and CRM systems.. We offer a $8.3k - $12.5k per Year.

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in marketing, funnels & automations to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including

• Build and manage two sales funnels: one targeting a real estate agent training program and the other aimed at generating real estate listing leads.
• Design and implement automated email, SMS, and social media ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads) to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Utilize Meta Pixel to monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring effective integration across funnels for targeted advertising and improved conversion tracking.
• Develop and maintain automation within a real estate CRM (CINC), ensuring smooth lead flow and client management processes.
• Code and create automations to streamline internal processes such as applicant management systems by integrating platforms like Wizehire and Rippling via API or custom bots.
• Implement automated processes for real estate operations, including setting up digital forms, e-signatures using QR codes, and integrating tools like Zapier for automation.
• Assist in managing marketing tools such as LearnWorlds, AdRoll, and Fiverr to ensure successful campaign execution and operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation and marketing efforts through automation, improving overall efficiency.

• Proven experience in building funnels for real estate lead generation and training programs.

• Proficiency with Facebook Ads, CRM systems (especially CINC), and Meta Pixel integration.

• Strong coding skills for automating workflows, including developing bots for processes like applicant tracking and system integrations.
• Knowledge of tools like Wizehire, Rippling, Zapier, and other relevant platforms.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process efficiency and optimization.

• Work from home;
• Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
• Starting salary between 4$ - 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
