Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries in Portuguese across various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Provide accurate and detailed information about Imperial Brands products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve the quality of service
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently
- Participate in continuous professional development and training
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is advantageous
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant qualifications are a plus
