Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Icelandic-speaking users through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account management, video uploads, privacy settings, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records and ensuring follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Stay updated on platform features, policies, and industry trends to provide helpful and informed support.
  • Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution efficiency.
  • Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service skills and knowledge.
  • Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in digital media or tech support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with online platforms or video-sharing services is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
