- Support clients in refining their search engine marketing tactics and effectively use our services
- Offer valuable insights on search engine marketing best practices and customer engagement
- Oversee client accounts to ensure timely response to their requests and inquiries
- Review client performance data and provide actionable strategies for growth
- Stay updated on search engine trends and adapt our knowledge base accordingly
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of search engines
- Work with the marketing team to refine our service offerings and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide informed recommendations
