Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Assist users with inquiries about the online marketplace platform.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Guide customers through processes, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced online environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
