Responsibilities
- Interact with Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and solutions provided using our CRM system for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and find efficient resolutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and changes to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and service delivery.
- Contribute to building a positive remote work culture through teamwork and support.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage inquiries and problem-solve efficiently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
