Responsibilities

  • Interact with Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions provided using our CRM system for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and find efficient resolutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and changes to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and service delivery.
  • Contribute to building a positive remote work culture through teamwork and support.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage inquiries and problem-solve efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
