In this exciting role, you will assist enthusiasts and professionals from the gaming and esports community, answering inquiries, and providing support. If you are passionate about gaming and fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish), we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, services, and events.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate them as necessary to ensure timely solutions.
• Engage with the gaming community through various channels, providing guidance and support.
• Document customer interactions accurately for internal reporting and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer support roles, particularly in gaming or related fields, is preferred.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of esports culture is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
